Cook the Book: Wafu Fall Dishes

On the Menu: Shio Koji Roasted Chicken (so moist and perfectly seasoned!), Fall Vegetables with Miso Yogurt Sauce, Citrus Sunomono, Spinach Tofu Tahini Goma-ae Salada. A homemade miso honey butter with bread and a Wafu dessert will be served with the tasting meal.
