Cook the Book: Wafu Pasta + Traditional Soba

On the Menu: Soba 2 Ways: Hand-cut soba with Asparagus Pesto and traditional Soba with two sauces: goma dare (sesame tare) and mentsuyu. Served alongside a Ceasar Salad with Aonori Croutons. A homemade miso buckwheat dip with crudites and a Wafu dessert will be served with the tasting meal.
