Workshop Details:

Join us for a special IN-PERSON cooking class hosted by Sonoko Sakai in the Los Angeles’ Highland Park neighborhood. The workshop will take place in Sonoko’s kitchen-studio. During this class, we’ll work together to make delicious, spiced, rich Japanese Curry from scratch. Sonoko will even talk you through making her proprietary curry powder blend down to each of the 17 spices included. We’ll cook perfect, fragrant rice, and fry up cutlets (pork or eggplant!) to go with our luscious curry sauce. And no curry in complete without pickles, so rest assured, we’ll make some of those together, too!
