Workshop Details:
Join us for a special IN-PERSON cooking class hosted by Sonoko Sakai at Tortoise General Store. During this class, we’ll work together to make shio koji paste, a fermented rice seasoning central to Japanese eating and cookery. After making the shio koji, you’ll learn how to apply it in a variety of tasty dishes.
