Video: Japanese Curry Bricks With Slow Food USA

Join me for my online workshop in collaboration with Slow Food USA, as part of their “Slow Food Live” series. In this workshop, I show you how to prepare curry bricks to make Japanese curry. They are blocks of seasoned roux made of spices, salt, flour, and butter that can be dissolved in water to make an instant curry sauce. Curry bricks are a perfect pantry item that keeps in the fridge for months. Use the following links to access the complete recipes for the Curry Brick and Japanese Chicken Curry. Enjoy!

A but more about the series, from SLOW FOOD USA:

“This webinar series is our way of offering you—our community—a way to access and engage in all things Slow Food while we can't crowd in a kitchen or around a table together (and your kids are at home all day). These are free, virtual sessions led by experts in a skill or topic, that you can join from anywhere on your digital device.”
