A set of 5 cards (5 x 7 in size) printed in high quality card stock, using a Japanese Risograph method. The card set includes 5 envelopes. The illustrations were drawn by Juliette Bellocq. They were originally published in Japanese Home Cooking. The images represent my favorite Japanese foods and kitchen equipment. The green card is Tokyo negi, a Japanese scallion. The orange card is a Kaki persimmon. The brown card is milk bread. The blue card is a donabe clay pot that belonged to my grandmother. The black card is a daikon radish.

Risograph is a printing technique with artisanal quality: the images have a slight grainy quality. The way the ink is deposited on the paper is different from one image to another, giving each copy a unique character.
